Welcome to Bareleganté Sphynx Cattery and Family! We are an in-home cattery where the health and well-being of our cats is our top priority. Our goal is to raise healthy, socialized, and loving cats and kittens in a nurturing environment—where they are cherished as beloved family members.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about us and our journey. My name is Sarah, the founder and breeder at Bareleganté. Together with my significant other Freddie, we share a deep passion for raising these remarkable cats. Though we are relatively new to the Sphynx community, we have extensive experience breeding Maine Coons since 2021. While our journey may not be as long as others, our dedication and love make up for it!
For over two years, I’ve dreamed of adding Sphynx cats to our home. After thorough research, Freddie and I embraced the opportunity to welcome them into our lives due to their affectionate nature and loyalty as companions. In November 2024, we brought home our first female Bambino Sphynx followed by a male Elf Sphynx in December 2024; they have filled our hearts with joy!
At Bareleganté Sphynx Cattery, we are committed to providing a supportive environment for all pets in our care. Our breeding cats undergo DNA health testing along with echocardiograms ensuring optimal health standards while prioritizing temperament.
